Job Description:

Supports the day to day operations of the Branch. Responsible for ensuring that all orders that require shipment of spools and/or any wire are fulfilled within a timely manner. Also responsible for ensuring that shipments of wire being sent are cut to order and adhere to safety standards. Responsible for any assigned housekeeping tasks and for carrying out any other duties assigned to them by management.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: Must be able to move/lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to withstand the extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. The warehouse position requires large time periods of standing, walking, pushing, and pulling. This position may require climbing on ladders and/or lifts. 

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Warehouse or distributions experience preferred but not required. Must be able to identify product by type, size, and product code. Must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets for items to be picked. Employee has to be willing to obtain certifications for fork lift/power-truck equipment if needed. General knowledge of operating inventory control equipment such as tablets, wands, and other handheld devices.
