Go Online

STEP 1: Log in and go to your Account Settings page. Click on the Invoice Preferences option.

STEP 2: On the Invoice Preferences page, the quickest way to set up email-only invoices is to use the "All Sub-Accounts follow the SAME settings" option at the top. Note: If you use the "Individual Settings" option, you will need to set the Invoice Delivery Methods for every sub-account.

STEP 3: At the bottom of the Invoice Preferences page you should see the "Invoice Delivery Methods" section. To switch to email-only invoices, uncheck the Mail and Fax options and check the Email option.

How to receive invoices through email

STEP 4: Add the email address of every invoice recipient and choose the file format: HTML, PDF, and TIFF.

STEP 5: Click the green "Save" button when you are done. Invoice options can be edited at any time.
