Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering phone calls with a calm, professional tone and using the intercom to page when needed
Entering a high volume of accounts payable data accurately and efficiently
Sorting and distributing incoming mail

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid basic clerical and office skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Bonus if you know 10-key or have worked with Cisco phone systems (not required)
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
Someone dependable, organized, and willing to pitch in
A sharp eye for details—accuracy really matters here
