AP Receptionist

Job Description:

  • What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering phone calls with a calm, professional tone and using the intercom to page when needed

  • Entering a high volume of accounts payable data accurately and efficiently

  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail

Qualifications:

  • What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Solid basic clerical and office skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Bonus if you know 10-key or have worked with Cisco phone systems (not required)

  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written

  • Someone dependable, organized, and willing to pitch in

  • A sharp eye for details—accuracy really matters here
