2025 Official Rules: Lutron Turtlebox Giveaway Promotion at
Elliott Electric Supply Stores
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO ENTER.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Lutron Turtlebox Promotion shall commence at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on August 1, 2025, and shall conclude at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on
September 30, 2025 (the "Promotional Period").
During the Promotional Period, a total of three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected. Each drawing shall be conducted from among all eligible entries
received throughout the duration of the Promotional Period, with winners determined upon its conclusion.
The three (3) winners of the Grand Prizes will each receive one (1) Turtlebox Original Gen 3 Speaker.
HOW TO ENTER:
Customers in good standing of Elliott Electric Supply will earn 1 entry for every $100 spent on in stock Lutron products at participating stores'
counters or Will Call areas between August 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025.
There are no limits to how many entries a customer can get per day. The Lutron Turtlebox Giveaway Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local
laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Three (3) grand prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in accordance with the terms stated in the Turtlebox giveaway.
The potential prize winners will be notified using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Elliott Electric Supply shall not have
liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a
potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or
undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Grand Prize: Approximate Retail Value of one (1) Turtlebox Gen 3 Speaker is $430
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Bright Ideas, Big Sound Promotion. Neither
Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error.
Neither employees nor direct relatives of employees of Elliott Electric Supply and Lutron are eligible to enter the Lutron Bright Ideas,
Big Sound Promotion.
