For customer accounts with multiple users, managing user access can prevent unauthorized changes or transactions on your account and ensures employees can only view or modify what's necessary for their role.

Cyber Security

The Elliott Electric Supply website adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which is designed to protect all credit card transactions and prevent fraud to determine our security guidelines.

Counter PINs

You can create one universal PIN for all employees or issue individual PINs for individual employees. When assigning PINs, you can make give an expiration date for enhanced security.

Click the Forgot Password link at the top-right of any page, or directly from the Login page. You will be taken through the password recovery steps.

To Change User Settings, log in and go to your Account Settings page. You can access Account Settings by hovering your mouse over the ACCOUNT menu and clicking Settings. Or by opening your Account Overview page and clicking Settings. On Account Settings, select Change User Settings.

To access our full line of online services, you will need to have a registered login. In most cases, this means you'll want to first apply for an Elliott Electric account and then register it for online access to get a login. Or, you also have the option of registering an online-only login.

In the top menu, click the LOGIN/REGISTER tab and then, click the blue Get Registered button.

You can create as many Sub-Accounts as you need on your account, each with its own unique shipping and billing information.

OPTION 1

After you log in, hover your mouse over the ACCOUNT menu option and, under Overview, click Create New Sub Account(s).

OPTION 2

Open the ACCOUNT dropdown menu and, listed under Orders, PO's, & Quotes click Recent Orders. On the menu list located at the top of the page, click Create New Sub Account.

Once a PIN is set up in account settings on our website, all purchases on that account at store counters must be verified with the valid PIN number.

Counter PIN(s) offer you more security when you have employees purchasing at our locations. All counter purchases charged directly to your account must be authorized with a correct PIN number.

Counter PIN Numbers can be managed from the Account Settings page.

Only master users can add, edit, and delete PIN numbers. The Counter Pins page is the ONLY place where PIN numbers are created and/or maintained. Required entries include the actual PIN Number, the authorized purchaser's name, and the PIN's expiration date.

You must be logged in as the account's Master User to add, remove, or edit the credentials of authorized users.

Log in as the main account owner and go to your Account Settings. Click Manage Additional Authorized User(s). On the User Management page, you can set up users and choose their access to place orders and pay invoices.

Click an existing user's name to modify their access settings and abilities. Or, click Add User to create a new user's login and security access.
